On October 4, the sitting of the RA NA Council was held, which was chaired by the NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan.

The draft agendas on Making Addenda to the agenda of the second session of the NA eighth convocation and the draft agenda of the regular sittings convened on October 5 were debated and approved, the sequence of debate of the agenda items of the regular sittings was defined. 7 items were included in the draft agenda of the NA regular sittings.

The NA Council debated and approved the compositions of the delegations of the RA NA eighth convocation in the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IPA CIS) and in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO PA). The NA President Alen Simonyan will lead the RA NA delegations in the IPA CIS and the CSTO PA.

A change has been made in the decision of the NA Council, according to which, Aghvan Vardanyan from the Armenia Faction in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) will be replaced by a member of the same faction Gegham Manukyan.
