On October 8, at the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs a working discussion took place with the representatives of the RA scientific-educational, business and non-governmental organizations.

The Chair of the Standing Committee Gevorg Papoyan has noted that the created platform is aimed at making the thought of the financial-economic community and expert potential serve the complete implementation of the oversight functions of parliament. It has been noted that it is the best means for having a scientific potential in the sphere, which will let to adequately respond to the solution of the economic problems facing our country.

The Committee Chair expressed readiness to continue the cooperation with structures that signed the Memorandum.

The Chairman of the NGO Center of Economic Right Movses Aristakesyan briefly presented information on the creation and activity of the Memorandum and touched upon certain problems. He underlined the importance of cooperation with the Standing Committee.

At the multi-sided meeting the working approaches stemming from the Memorandum were debated. A number of agenda items on economic sphere were referred to.
