Financial Allocations Envisaged for State and Judicial Bodies Presented

On November 3, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on State and Legal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs, the debate of the RA draft law on the RA State Budget for 2022 continued. The debate of the day was related to the state and judicial bodies, state control and corruption prevention.

As the RA Minister of Finance Tigran Khachatryan has informed, 1bln 602.5mln AMD will be allocated to the Staff of the RA President in 2022, one programme with two events will be implemented. The financing here is almost the same as it has been for the current year.

In 2022, 5bln 992mln AMD will be allocated to the RA National Assembly, almost the same as it has been for 2021. The legislative body will carry out one programme within the framework of which 5 events will be implemented.

The Staff of the Prime Minister will carry out 11 programmes in the coming year, two out of which - on the Diaspora. 45 events will be implemented within the framework of those programmes. According to it, 19bln 675mln AMD will be allocated to the Staff of the Prime Minister, compared to 2021 the financing has been reduced by 34.5% which is partially due to the fact that the implementation of some programmes and events was transferred to another departments.

The Constitutional Court will carry out one programme with two events for that purpose 704.6mln AMD will be allocated to the structure. The Supreme Judicial Council will receive 14bln 460mln AMD, the growth is 18.87% compared to 2021. 1 programme with 27 events will be implemented. The Ministry of Justice will implement 9 programmes with 27 events, 23bln 288mln AMD will be allocated to the structure, the growth – 12.7%. 6bln 681mln AMD will be allocated to the Prosecutor General’s Office, 3 programmes with 4 events will be carried out. Here the financing growth is 8.7%. The State Supervision Service will implement one programme with two events, the financing – 758.4mln AMD. The Investigative Committee has envisaged one programme with five events, 8bln 340mln AMD will be allocated. The Corruption Prevention Commission plans to carry out one programme with two events. It is envisaged to allocate 350.6mln AMD for the financing of the structure. The Anti-Corruption Committee will receive 823.7mln AMD, 1 programme with 3 events will be carried out. The Audit Chamber will receive 1bln 49.7mln AMD and the Central Electoral Commission – 1bln 268.4mln AMD.
