On November 3, the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on State and Legal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs was held where means envisaged for the RA Prosecutor General’s Office by the RA draft law on the RA State Budget for 2022 and programmes to be implemented were presented.
It is planned to allocate 6bln 681mln AMD to the RA Prosecutor General’s Office. 3 programmes with 4 events will be implemented. The financing growth will be 8.7%.
As the General Secretary of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office Hamayak Navasardyan has informed, the Prosecutor General’s Office plans to implement the Judicial Management and Prosecutorial Control, Professional Education and Qualification Upgrade, Examination Services programmes.
5bln 929mln AMD will be allocated to the Judicial Management and Prosecutorial Control programmes which is more compared with the current year by 136mln AMD. Hamayak Navasardyan noted that about 90% of financing will be directed to wages, 2.3% - social allowances, 8% - achievements of services and goods, and 0.2% for other purposes.
