In 2022, elections will be held in 24 communities. About 300 polling stations will be formed to carry out those works. The Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission Tigran Mukuchyan informed about it at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on State and Legal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs.
The financial allocations of the next year will be mainly in three directions: expenditures to maintain the staff, training of precinct election commission members and the elections of the local self-government bodies.
It was noted that the expenditures for the maintenance of the staff did not change compared to the previous year. Conditioned by the amendment to the Electoral Code, new programme solutions are envisaged with a new approach.
