On November 4, the NA Council convened an extraordinary sitting presided over by the Head of Parliament Alen Simonyan.
The Council made amendment to the NACD-018-A decision of the NA Council of 25 October 2021, according to which, the Secretary of the Faction With Honor Hayk Mamijanyan will replace the Head of the same Faction Artur Vanetsyan in the delegation of the NA eighth convocation in the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
