At November 16 extraordinary sitting moderated by Andranik Kocharyan, the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security , debated the item of the election of the Deputy Chair of the Standing Committee.

The Armenia Faction again nominated Artur Ghazinyan’s candidacy. However, t he opposition MPs did not appear the sitting.

The Committee member Vilen Gabrielyan informed that the draft law on Making Addendum to the Law the RA NA Rules of Procedure had already been into circulation, which would regulate such problems.

The members of the RA NA Civil Contract Faction voted against Artur Ghazinyan’s candidacy for the twelfth time.
