At November 16 NA sitting, the package of draft laws on Making Amendments and Addendum to the Law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan and on Amending the Law on Public Service authored by the Government was debated in the first reading.

According to the RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan, it is proposed to replace the vacancy of the Chief Architect of the City of Yerevan with the vacancy of a Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

The Committee member Vahe Ghalumyan presented the endorsement of the RA NA Standing (Head) Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment Protection.

The bill on Making Addenda to the Law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan, the bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Local Self-Government and the package of the enclosed ones authored by the Government were debated in the second reading. The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan presented them too.
