Thank You Dear Deputy Speaker and colleagues,

I appeal to our international partners and the international community. I would like you to focus on some important issues. First, Azerbaijan has attacked the sovereign area of Armenia, and indeed, Azerbaijan is conducting an information war the way it has been than during the 44-day war, but the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense and the ideology machine forget that today, in the 21^st century, the international community owns serious satellite systems, and no one can deceive anybody through the media and convince them that Armenian armed forces have initiated military actions. It is impossible not because we work better in the information sphere, but because there is technical objective control, and everybody can see everything. Second, it is important to emphasize that in our region, the Russian Federation has taken on the guarantees of stability, security and peace and which is not only a strategic partner of Armenia, but also is a member of the UN Security Council. It is the state whose peacekeeping forces, according to the statements, must ensure stability in the region and exclude conflicts between armed forces. Today, as a result of these actions, the significance of the Russian Federation is being diminished in the international arena as the Security Council member, as a member of the CSTO and as a strategic ally of the Republic of Armenia. I call on to consider these issues seriously, because in such cases, it shows stability and efficiency of the international security system. Today, we see not only aggression against Armenia, but we deal with serious blow against the international security system. If today the international community does not respond, tomorrow the entire planet may destabilize, because there are many structures which are not going to be obstacles to start such activities in any place of the world.
