The wounds of the previous war have not yet healed, have not yet come out of those shocking events, have not yet come to terms with the thought of loss the Republic of Armenia is again involved in the war, because this time our aggressor neighbor has already put its eyes on the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia. At this point, we must ask the international community to call on, but we have heard those calls during the 44-day war, these calls do not prevent the loss of our sons. We expect even more active steps at the moment, both from the international community and from our military ally, who has convinced us for decades that any attack on the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia will receive an adequate response. This is this kind of situation today and I hope that the reputation of our strategic ally, as well as its capabilities will help to restore the territorial integrity of the Republic of Armenia.

Dear ally, especially military ally, and our partners and allies, never doubt that the obligations of the RA fixed in any contract would be fulfilled at the right time if you needed our help. Never doubt that if you needed a helping hand, Armenia would be the first to reach out. Today we need that help, and today the territorial integrity of our Republic of Armenia is endangered, the right of the citizen of the Republic of Armenia to live, we are waiting for appropriate steps.
