At November 17 NA sitting, the parliament debated the answer of the interrogation by the RA NA Armenia addressed to the Government. We’ll note that the interrogation refers to the solution of the social problems of the Artsakh Armenians, the overcoming of the war consequences and the implementation of the assistance programmes.

According to the RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan, in the post-war period more than 20 events were carried out directed to the mitigation of the social-economic problems by the RA Government for supporting the Government of the Artsakh Republic and the citizens of Artsakh.

It was noted that within the framework of the assistance programmes on the territory of Artsakh from September 2020, about 9.8bln was donated for completely financing the power, gas, as well as communication service cost consumed by the population and from the state budget during 2021. About 44.7bln budgetary loan was allocated to Artsakh Government from the RA state budget for 2020 and 2021 to finance the remuneration of the employees of the state sector of the Artsakh Republic, the pay the pensions and the benefits of the retired people and beneficiaries and to finance the capital construction and health care expenditures.
