The member of the NA Civil Contract Faction Sargis Khandanyan was interested in the obstacles of the demarcation and delimitation with Azerbaijan. Nikol Pashinyan noted that in still May 2021 said that he was ready to sign the proposal of beginning the delimitation and demarcation process. The Prime Minister considered very important the launch of the process sand reaching it to the end. “To my impression the process has not moved because of the delay or not giving an answer by Azerbaijan. Our proposal of beginning the delimitation and demarcation process is in force. The Russian Federation made a proposal for three times. We agreed to move forward with that process for three times,” the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during November 17 NA-Government Q & A session.
