At November 18 NA sitting, the RA Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Artur Manukyan submitted the legislative package on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code and on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Offenses for debate in the first reading. According to the rapporteur, the regulations are aimed at solving the existing problems in the labeling process and the issue of proportionality of the application of responsibility measures.

It has been noted that after receiving the excise stamps and labels, the business entity has 12 months to return them. In case of delay, there are responsibility measures, the fines are quite high.

The NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs gave a positive conclusion on the issue. The member of the Committee Hovik Aghazaryan informed about it.

The Parliament adopted the issues debated during the day by voting and ended the work of the regular sittings.
