At December 16 extraordinary sitting, the National Assembly has debated in the second reading the draft law on Making Amendments to the RA Law on Joint Stock Companies authored by the Government, the aim of which is to protect the interests of small shareholders.

The packages of bills on Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Law on Trade and Services, on Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan and the bills enclosed to them, as well as on Making Amendments to the RA Law on Establishment of Minimum Coverage Limits for Liability Insurance of Aircraft Operator was debated in the second reading too.

The parliament adopted the debated issues by voting.
