Press Conference of Deputies of NA Armenia Faction Held
1 / 7

On December 20, during the press conference, the deputies of the NA Armenia Faction Anna Grigoryan and Gegham Manukyan spoke about the internal political issues of the country, the Armenian-Turkish relations, the issues related to the return of the captives, the security of the RA borders etc.

Anna Grigoryan has stated that the main goal of the meeting with the journalists is to refer to the actions of the Azerbaijani side in some border areas of Syunik one year ago. “Several inquires were sent to the Government of Armenia, the National Security Service (NSS), the Ministry of Defense (MoD), the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces (AF) and other state structures. The Armenia Faction wanted to find out on the basis of what documents the processes happened in Syunik Marz last year took place,” the NA deputy said.

Gegham Manukyan noted that on December 3, they received the relevant official documents. “Recently, I received an absolutely unexpected answer from the Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces. As the answer is in the NA secret division, I have no right to publish the complete answer.”

Experts from the NA-Government Q&A videos related to the above-mentioned questions were shown during the press conference.
