During January 25 parliamentary briefings, the member of the RA NA With Honor Tigran Abrahamyan touched upon the question asked by the reporter of news website civik.am on the reforms of the army and presented his vision in that issue.
“The modernization and restoration of the armed forces has no alternative,” the deputy said.
As Tigran Abrahamyan has assessed, we have a problem of reforms for the armed forces, but the authorities do not undertake any serious step for the implementation of those reforms.
