At February 3 sitting, moderated by Babken Tunyan, the package of the bills on Making Addenda to the law on Trade and Services and on Making Addendum and Amendments to the RA Code on Administrative Offences authored by the Government was debated.

As a result of verifications regularly held in gas and in petrol stations, the entities’ implemented inadmissible interventions and faulty charging were revealed by the relevant inspectorates. The fuel distribution towers of the charging existing in the retail trade points of the fuel, compressed natural or liquidized oil gases shall be furnished by the electronic Adjustment regime register complying with the requirements set by the Government.

Welcoming the initiative, the deputies presented their concerns and remarks. The full protection of the consumers’ rights and the transparent activity were highlighted.

A decision was made to postpone the debate for revising the initiative for two months.
