On February 7, at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Vladimir Vardanyan, in the first reading debated the package of the draft laws on Making Amendment to the RA Law on Protection of Population in Emergency Situations, on Making Amendment and Addenda to the RA Code on Administrative Offences authored by the Government.
Presenting the proposing amendments, the Head of the Inspection Bodies’ Coordination Bureau of the RA Prime Minister’s Staff Artur Asoyan noted that, asa result of the draft law adoption, the efficiency of the implementation of the procedures related to the implementation of the separate kinds of economic activity and rendering services, as well as other organizations not being engaged in the economic activity, including the violations of restrictions of the educational institutions’ activity would be risen as much as possible during the quarantine. According to the key rapporteur, the draft law proposes to simplify the procedures related to the violations of restrictions by the inspection bodies as much as possible during the quarantine.
The package of the revised draft laws was endorsed by the author.
The Committee in the second reading debated and endorsed the package of the draft laws on Making Amendments and Addenda to the constitutional law the RA Judicial Code, on Making Addenda to the RA Criminal Procedure Code authored by the NA deputies Vladimir Vardanyan, Vahagn Hovakimyan, which was revised by the author and the Government.
The package of the draft laws on Making Amendments and Addendum to the constitutional law the RA Judicial Code, on Amending the RA Administrative Procedure Code, on Amending the RA Civil Procedure Code authored by the Government also was debated in the second reading.
The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan presented the oral proposals of the Government on the legislative package.
The package of the revised draft laws was approved by the Committee.
