O n February 8, at the NA regular sitting the package of the draft laws on Making A ddendum to the RA Law on Protection of Population in Emergency Situations, on Making Amendment and Addenda to the RA Code on Administrative Offences authored by the Government in the first reading was debated.

Presenting the proposing amendments, the Head of the Inspection Bodies’ Coordination Bureau of the RA Prime Minister’s Staff Artur Asoyan noted that, as a result of the draft law adoption, the efficiency of the implementation of the procedures related to the implementation of the separate kinds of economic activity and rendering services, as well as other organizations not being engaged in the economic activity, including the violations of the restrictions of the educational institutions’ activity would be risen as much as possible during the quarantine.

In the event of not submitting a remark by the persons on the occasion of making a protocol on disclosed violations in case of disclosing violations of restrictions, the official checking the relevant inspection body implementing control will take measures of responsibility in the order established by law. In the event of being presented a remark by the persons violated the protocol made on the disclosed violations, the procedure will be implemented in the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

The proposing regulation will be applied only in case when obvious bases of violation will be available, which will not be disputed by the person who violated it.

The Deputy Chair of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Vahagn Hovakimyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.
