At March 15 regular sitting of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, the draft law on Amending the constitutional law on Parties with the package of the enclosed presented draft laws authored by the Government was debated in the second reading and endorsed.
As the key rapporteur, the Deputy Minister of Justice Yernauhi Tumanyants informed, the legislative package had not been amended in the content after passing it in the first reading: only technical amendments had been made.
Let us note that the legislative package proposes to set that in cases of dissolution of the Bureau of the insurance companies implementing compulsory insurance of responsibility stemming from the use of the financial means of the parties, funds, the SNCOs, the NGOs or vehicles, if the property is not directed to the goals established by the statute, then money is transferred to the state budget, and that property is handed by the right of ownership to the Republic of Armenia, on behalf of the Government.
