On March 2 1 , the regular sitting of the NA Council presided over by the RA NA Vice President, the NA Acting President Ruben Rubin yan was held.

The NA Council debated and approved the draft law on making addenda to the agenda of the third session of the eighth convocation of the National Assembly and the draft agenda of the regular sittings to be convened on March 22 . T he sequence of the debate of the agenda items of the regular sittings were also set. 2 3 items w ill be included in the draft agenda of the NA regular sittings.

By the decision of the Council the NA Armenia-Qatar Friendship Group will be created, in the CSTO PA Mkhitar Zakaryan from the Armenia Faction will replace Aghvan Vardanyan from the same Faction. In the Inter-Parliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the RA National Assembly and the RF Federal Assembly the member from the Armenia Faction Vahe Hakobyan will replace Anna Grigoryan from the same Faction. Changes were also made in the Friendship Groups by the NA Council decision.
