The deputy of the National Assembly of Armenia, the Head of Armenia-Kazakhstan Friendship Group Vagharshak Hakobyan received a state award by the decree of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of Kazakhstan. On April 15, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Armenia Bolat Imanbayev handed over the medal to the deputy.
Thanking the Ambassador for such high medal, Vagharshak Hakobyan noted that as a Head of Armenia-Kazakhstan Friendship Group would have his contribution in the further development of the relations between the two countries and deepening of the inter-parliamentary ties.
According to Bolat Imanbayev, it’s a great honour for him to be an Ambassador in an ancient country like Armenia. He expressed readiness to more strengthen the Armenian-Kazakh relations. The Ambassador has noted that effective cooperation exists between the government of the two countries within the framework of the bilateral, as well as Eurasian Economic Union. It has been noted the bilateral relations dynamically develop.
