The Government of Armenia attaches great importance to the scientific sphere, and the unprecedented rise of about 85% of financing of the science field witnesses it. At present not only in content, but also some procedural problems of the sphere are available.

These and other issues relating to the sphere of science moderated by Sisak Gabrielyan in the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport were touched upon.

The NA deputy, the member of the Standing Committee Narek Babayan, the Deputy Minister of Finance Avag Avanesyan took part in the working discussion.

The representatives of the scientific-research institutes voiced the settlement of the purchases in the sphere of science and issues on the organization, presented their anxieties and expectations in relation with the reforms.

The Deputy Minister of Finance and the specialists of the Ministry presented the possible solutions of the existing problems.

Sisak Gabrielyan has considered important the fact that the discussions take place in parliament in the format of legislative, executive and scientific community, which gives opportunity to find solutions even on the most difficult issues.
