The plots of land being property of the state and community can be given by the donation contract and by the right of free property for implementing social, charitable or investment programmes: the RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Anna Zhamakochyan underlined and added that at present the standards of recognizing the programmes social lack.

It was noted that those standards by the Ministry had become clear during the elaboration that without relevant procedures the standards of recognizing social are not applicable. Thus, the Government proposes an addendum to the RA Land Code.

Stemming from the urgency of the initiative the rapporteur proposed to organize the debate of the draft law in the second reading after passing it in the first reading during 24 hours.

On June 8, the item was debated in the first reading and was approved by the Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment.

The bill on Seeds and Planting Materials and the package of the enclosed bills authored by the Government was debated in the second reading and endorsed.
