In other words, the exceptions that exist for some inspection bodies to carry out inspections without the three-day notice requirement, it is proposed to extend the same regulation to that body exercising control over labor legislation.

The NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs debated in the second reading the draft law on Making Amendments to the Law on Organization and Conduct of Inspections in the Republic of Armenia authored by the deputies Heriknaz Tigranyan and Narek Zeynalyan, which was not amended after the adoption in the first reading.
