The RA Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan presented for debate in the second reading a number of drafts at the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs held on October 19.

The scope of application of standardization documents has been reviewed and made more comprehensive, taking into account the need to review a number of technical regulations according to their content and to establish non-technical regulations by normative legal acts.

The Government presented editorial and technical proposals after the first reading, which were accepted.

The draft law on Making Amendments to the Law on State Registration of Legal Entities, Separated Divisions of Legal Entities, Enterprises and Individual Entrepreneurs was also debated.

The Committee members also debated the bill presented by Vahan Kerobyan on Making Addendum and Amendment to the Law on State Duty.

Proposals were not presented after the first reading.

As a result of debate, legislative initiatives were endorsed.
