On October 20, the RA NA Chief of Staff, Secretary General Vahan Naribekyan took part in the meeting of the Secretaries General of Parliaments of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Member States in Strasbourg.

During the meeting issues regarding the problems facing the Staffs of Parliaments and ensuring the regular activities of the Staffs in the conditions of modern challenges.

Special attention was paid to the concept of ‘Green Parliaments’ in terms of ensuring possible effective management of the administrative buildings of Parliaments as a result of energy crisis, climatic changes, the regular activities of the MPs and the employees of the Staff and the possible savings.

The RA NA Chief of Staff, Secretary General Vahan Naribekyan had meetings with the Secretaries General of Parliaments of a number of countries. The bilateral cooperation with Parliaments of France, Belgium and a number of countries was discussed.
