“Have the victims of Surmalu Accident and their family members received their available state support?” The deputy Zaruhi Batoyan was interested during the NA-Government Q & A session.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs worked out a support programme, according to which, monetary support should be provided to the families of the victims – up to three million AMD one-time support. Regarding the wounded – for those in inpatient treatment up to 3 days 150.000 AMD support was designed by the programme, in case of 3 and more days – 300.000 AMD. The total budget has been more than 50 million AMD.

According to the category, the support is provided by the citizens’ applications. At present, 12 applications have accepted, the RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan informed about this.
