On November 8 at 12:00, on the initiative of the Chair of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs Taguhi Tovmasyan in the NA hall 334 a discussion on the topic ‘The problems of the Court Overload and the Examination of the Judicial Case in the Reasonable Period as a Component of Right to the Person’s Fair Trial Set by Article 6 of the European Convention on Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms’ will take place.

At the meeting about one dozen judges from the Court of General Jurisdiction of the City of Yerevan, the RA Administrative Court, the RA Civil Court of Appeal, the RA Marz Courts, representatives of human rights organizations and advocates will take part in the meeting. Representatives of other state bodies of the judicial-legal system and deputies from the NA all factions are also on the list of the invitees.
