“The most important financial document of the country for the coming year, which includes developments in all sectors, is being discussed in the National Assembly of Armenia today,” the Chair of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security Andranik Kocharyan said during the debate on the RA state budget for 2023 at the NA sitting on November 16.

The deputy referred to the increase in the allocations of the defense department, spoke about the need for changes in the army, starting from uniforms to weapons.

Andranik Kocharyan also referred to the importance of women’s involvement in the army.

According to Andranik Kocharyan, the demographic problems should be reflected in our society strategy and actions should be taken from it, as a result of which the birth rate should increase. The deputy noted that the situation in Armenia is favorable for increasing the birth rate.
