The parliament debated the draft law on Making Addenda to the law on Remuneration of the Persons Holding State Positions and State Service Positions.

The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Armenuhi Harutyunyan noted that as a result of the adoption of the addenda, the approach of providing addition in the amount of 50% of office rate with the order established by law to the judges of the Court of Cassation (including the Chairman of the Court of Cassation and the Chairman of the Chamber of the Court of Cassation), will be also applied towards of the President and the Member of the Supreme Judicial Council, and the inconsistency existing with the regulations of the abovementioned law and the Article 83.2 of the RA Judicial Code will be removed.
