The adoption of the draft law on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Law on State Duty is conditioned by the necessity of complying the regulations of the restriction of the export to third countries with the demands established by the provisions of the Treaty on Eurasian Economic Union.

The RA Deputy Minister of Economy Armen Arzumanyan said about this presenting the draft for debate in the first reading on January 16.

As a result of joining the Treaty on Eurasian Economic Union, a necessity emerged to comply the national legislation with the provisions of the Treaty, particularly the demand of smooth transportation of the goods between EAEU member states.

The NA Standing Committee on Regional and Eurasian Integration endorsed the draft.
