On February 6 , the Council of the National Assembly presided over by the NA President Alen Simonyan convened the sitting.

The draft agendas of the fifth session of the eighth convocation of the National Assembly and of the regular sittings to be convened on February 7 were debated and approved. The sequence and duration of the debate of the agenda items of the regular sittings was also set. Until 90 minutes was set for debate of the package of the bills on Making Addenda to the RA Criminal Procedure Code and on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on Prosecutor’s Office.

Amendments were made to the 020-A decision of October 25, 2021 of the Council of the National Assembly.

The draft decisions designing amendments and addenda to a number of decisions of the Council of the National Assembly were not made.
