On May 19 NA President Artur Baghdasaryan met with NA staff and reminding, that he will submit the resignation to the Parliament on May 22, thanked the staff for 3 years of cooperative work.

“I can firmly say, that during 3 years we raised the political and international authority of Armenian Parliament. As a result of our work, we were able also to present our view, to protect principles, to talk about the values and the role that country’s legislative power should possess,” said NA President. Artur Baghdasaryan mentioned, that he tried to promote his principles, fulfill his programmed reforms and turn the legislative power into the institution with influence and authority.

On behalf of the staff, Hayk Kotanyan, the Chief of NA Staff, thanked Artur Baghdasaryan for cooperative effective work. Mr. Kotanyan mentioned that during this period every member of the staff as state employees strived not to neglect their duties.

NA President Artur Baghdasaryan expressed readiness to promote staff members henceforth in any issue and continue effective cooperation with the Parliament staff already as a deputy.
