It is designed that in case of taking part in the military trainings up to 30 days, the employer at least will pay the difference that the employee will receive from the state for taking part in the military trainings: on April 10, the RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Ruben Sargsyan said at during the debate at the extraordinary sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Labor and Social Affairs, presenting the regulations of the organization of the labor payment in case of training gathering.

The Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Labor and Social Affairs Heriknaz Tigranyan informed that proposals were not made by the legislative body. She added that recently the duration of the trainings was set 28 days with legislative amendments by the Government: “Mentioning at least 30 calendar days, we comply the terms with the training ones by the RA Ministry of Defense.

The deputy Lilit Stepanyan inquired about expiring the duration of the trainings more than 30 days, if there is no need to amend one more time for regulation.

The RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Ruben Sargsyan said that there will be no need of amendment: that regulation will be carried out by mutual consent.

The Committee endorsed the draft law: it was proposed to debate the draft law within 24 hours.
