On April 11, hosting the President of the Landtag of Saxony-Anhalt of the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) Gunnar Schellenberger, the Head of the RA NA Armenia-Germany Friendship Group Vladimir Vardanyan, the Faction members Mikayel Tumasyan and Shirak Torosyan touched upon the warm relations formed between Armenia and the Landtag of Saxony-Anhalt.

At the meeting the stable development and the deepening of the inter-parliamentary cooperation of Armenia-Germany friendly relations were highlighted. In this context the sides expressed readiness for ensuring the continuity of bilateral collaboration. A reference was made to the necessity of boosting the ties in a number of sphere, particularly the realistic opportunities of scientific-education, cultural and economic cooperation.
