The Plenary 61st Session followed the Summit of Speakers of the Parliaments of the Member States of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation During the two-day discussions The Head of the delegation of our country Babken Tunyan and the member of the delegation Gevorg Papoyan represented Armenia in the Assembly.
