The deputy of the Civil Contract Faction Karen Hambardzumyan asked Nikol Pashinyan for an explanation about the statement made by the latter about obtaining a cadastral certificate of the country during the National Assembly-Government Q&A session.

“They criticized us and said: why are you referring to the Alma-Ata Declaration? Refusing it means refusing the cadastral certificate as well,” the RA Prime Minister stated.

“People say: we haven’t had a cadastral certificate for years, what happened? We might not have it now as well. We disagree with that. We are considered pro-Azerbaijani because we say that we should not cross the state border either,” Nikol Pashinyan added in response to the question.
