Answering the deputies’ question, Anahit Manasyan presented clarifications on the protection of the national minorities’ rights, the problems recorded on the border regions and the internalization of the humanitarian problems caused in Nagorno Karabakh.

The deputy Miakyel Tumasyan inquired about the steps are taken by the HRD on eliminating the issue of the minors and the kids being engaged with begging. The HRD noted that the children’s issue is at the centre of daily attention of the structure. According to her, the problem is systemized, and the cooperation of all competent bodies is necessary for registering essential results.

Noting that in Gyumri the HRD met with the close relatives of the captives, the deputy Davit Arushanyan inquired about the works done with the relevant international structures on this issue.
