At June 7 sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs, the draft law on Making Amendments to the Law on Tax Service was debated in the first reading, which was presented by the key rapporteur, the Deputy Head of the RA State Revenue Committee Artur Manukyan.

The Deputy Head of the State Revenue Committee informed that after the first reading, the last part of one of the provisions will be removed from the draft, according to which the law applies to the relations that started on 1 January 2023, at the proposal of the Expertise and Analytical Department of the NA Staff.

At the suggestion of the Deputy Chair of the Committee Babken Tunyan, the Committee members endorsed the draft law with the above-mentioned amendment.
