The legislative package envisages the creation of appropriate legal bases for the collection of information on goods imported from foreign countries by persons carrying out postal and courier activities and submission to customs bodies. In order to ensure the efficiency of collection of relevant information and transmission to customs bodies, the drafts also define the requirements to be submitted to the information systems of persons carrying out postal and courier activities and the authority to define the list of information. It is also planned to establish non-submission of relevant information to the customs bodies as a basis for suspending the relevant activity license.
