I also have no idea at what level the Armenia-Azerbaijan meetings will be held, what will be the working group. The Head of With Honor Faction Hayk Mamijanyan said this during the parliamentary briefings following the NA plenary sittings on October 26.

The Head of the Faction noted that the RA did not succeed in Granada. “Furthermore, at least in terms of enclaves, an incredible vulnerability has been created. There is a danger of losing two of the most important interstate roads: Azerbaijan will at least have direct control over one of the roads connecting Armenia to Georgia,” Hayk Mamijanyan said.

Speaking about Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s non-participation in the trilateral meeting in Brussels, the Head of the Faction stated that he did not know the reason.

The MP also touched upon the interview published yesterday with Nikol Pashinyan’s participation. Hayk Mamijanyan mentioned that the search for new partners is dangerous and spoke about Armenian-Russian relations, partially expressing his dissatisfaction.

“As a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, I am not always satisfied and pleased with the workstyle and reactions of our strategic ally and international structures,” Hayk Mamijanyan said.

Among other issues, Hayk Mamijanyan referred to the possibility and probability of granting refugee status to the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, the Rome Statute, Armenia-France relations and the sale of military equipment.
