It is proposed by the draft law to design responsibility for the organizations, which with regards to storage of goods importing and included in the appropriate list bear responsibility, stemming from the import volumes and present relevant reports, by which it is proposed to envisage relevant administrative offences and fines in order the whole control process is more effective.

The NA Standing Committee on Defence and Security at the regular sitting of November 6 moderated by Andranik Kocharyan debated in the second reading the package of drafts on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Code of the Republic of Armenia on Administrative Offences and on Material Reserve.

Let us remind that at the sitting of the Standing Committee the debate of the issue was postponed up two-month term.

The key rapporteur, the RA Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs David Hambaryan noted that after the first reading amendments of the content and technical character in the legislative package, as result of which the package of drafts was completely revised.

As a result of debate, the package of drafts was endorsed.
