During the period from the first to the second reading, there were no proposals, the draft law was not amended: The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Armenuhi Harutyunyan said this at the extraordinary sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security on December 22. In the second reading, the Committee debated the legislative package providing for amendments and addendum to the draft laws on Service in the National Security Bodies and the enclosed draft laws.

“These amendments are aimed not only at the recovery of the system, but also at the involvement of a new intellectual power,” the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security Andranik Kocharyan mentioned.

The Committee endorsed the legislative package.
