It is designed to introduce a three-level transfer pricing documentation system in Armenia: The Deputy Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee Ashot Muradyan said. According to him, in order to introduce the system, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) elaborated at least 4 criteria.
The document stipulates that the multinational organization submits relevant information on the entire group to the tax authority of the country of its registration residence. The tax authority exchanges these data with the tax authorities of the countries where the group has operating companies and enterprises. “The criterion stipulates that information is exchanged when the group’s annual gross income is more than 750 million euros,” Ashot Muradyan underscored.
The speaker informed that there is no such organization in Armenia at the moment, so our country will only receive information.
The endorsement of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs was presented by the member of the Committee Karen Hambardzumyan.
The issue of ratifying the Agreement was debated at the NA sitting of January 15.
