The draft will regulate the relations on making charges, issuing injunctions, and recovering unfulfilled tax obligations by the State Revenue Committee (SRC). This was stated by the Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee Rustam Badasyan, who presented the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code and the attached package of draft laws at the RA NA sitting on January 15. According to the key rapporteur, the aim of the legislative initiative is to increase the efficiency of the administration carried out by the tax authority by reducing the resources spent on it.

In the event of unpaid tax obligations, a procedure to issue an injunction for charging the above-mentioned obligations is designed.

The draft was endorsed at the Standing (Head) Committee on Economic Affairs.
