On March 19, the National Assembly began the work of the regular sittings. The NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan informed that the Central Electoral Commission presented the protocol N 20 on providing the mandate of the deputy, who was elected NA deputy and prematurely terminated it, to the next candidate, according to which, the mandate is given to the next candidate of the first part of the electoral list of the Civil Contract Party Davit Karapetyan.
