1 / 6

On May 30, the RA NA Vice President Hakob Arshakyan attended the official launch ceremony of the Technological Education Foundation.

Congratulating the attendees on the launch of the Foundation, the RA NA Vice President expressed conviction that today we are at the threshold of the new educational era, when the technological education becomes more important and demanded. “In parallel with the traditional education in terms of communication of innovations, technological education and industry educational new initiatives are in great demand. I see fundamentally the activity of the Technological Education Foundation here,” Hakob Arshakyan documented and spoke about the importance of the innovative education in parallel with the fundamental education.

“In Armenia, as well as in the whole world a gap is noticed, which refers to the gap between the requirements and university basic education by the innovative industry and given knowledge. Similar structures designed especially for non-formal education, training of innovative knowledge will come to fill in that gap. In this respect I highly assess this initiative of the Foundation and the efforts made,” the NA Vice President said.

Ending his speech, Hakob Arshakyan expressed conviction that the gap existing between the industry, innovation and fundamental knowledge in Armenia and in the whole world can be filled in with such projects.

The Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport Sisak Gabrielyan, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan, the RA Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan, representatives of the Executive and beneficiaries of the sphere also attended the event.
