25.3bln AMD was allocated from the state budget in 2023 to the RA Ministry of High-Tech Industry, and the actual performance was 22bln AMD or 87%. The Head of the structure Mkhitar Hayrapetyan said this.
At May 31 joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Economic Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs the annual report on Execution of the RA State Budget was debated.
The expenditures of the maintenance of the Military-Industry Committee of the RA Ministry of High-Tech Industry and the Ministry was 1.35bln AMD, and the actual performance was 1.33bln AMD or 98.5%.
The Minister presented in detail the programmes and the measures implemented by the structure led by him, the financial allocations and the performances spent for them, the reasons of the non-fulfilled measures.
The deputies asked a number of questions to the Minister, which related to the quality of the mobile communication, the broadcasting of the Russian TV channels on the RA territory, the tendencies of the IT sector conditioned by the tax policy being implemented in the country and the move of the companies of that sector to other countries, particularly to Georgia.
The Chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Commission Garegin Baghramyan informed that the budget of the financial year was 1bln 119.4mln AMD, the performance – 96.7%.
As the Chairman of the State Commission for Competition Protection Commission presented, the volume of the main budget for 2023 was 594mln 829.000 AMD, the performance was 98.6%.
In 2023, the planned budget of the Cadastre Committee was 4bln 347mln AMD, which was spent. The annual specified estimate was 4bln 395mln AMD, and in fact, the budget performance by the Cadastre Committee was 98.9%.
“As a result of the services rendered by us 7bln 657mln AMD was collected and entered to the state budget. It means that we showed 3bln 310mln positive dynamics during the year 2023,” the Head of the Cadastre Committee Suren Tovmasyan said.
In 2023, 22.9bln AMD was allocated to the Urban Development Committee by the state budget, 17.7bln AMD or 77.4% was actually spent: The Chairman of the Committee Yeghiazar Vardanyan said.
As the rapporteur informed, 14 documents of 150 settlements in total of Gegharkunik, Lori and Shirak marzes were revised.
The performance of the capital constructive programme expenditures was 75.8%. The budget expenditure on the Committee maintenance was 92.4%.
