On June 12, the National Assembly continued the debate of the draft law on Police Guard and the package of the enclosed presented draft laws authored by the Government.

On behalf of the RA NA Armenia Faction the Secretary of the Faction Artsvik Minasyan touched upon the cases of non-substantiated, illegally interfering the peaceful character of the assemblies by police, wearing uniform and badge by the police employees, which, according to the Secretary of the Faction, is not preserved, while maintaining public order.

Speaking about different forms of police service, the Deputy Chair of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security Armen Khachatryan presented the work procedure and principles of evident and secret services.

In his concluding speech the RA Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan presented clarifications on the legislative package, thanking the attendees for concerned debate.

The National Assembly by voting adopted the legislative initiatives debated the day before.
